Terrible communication in the customer service department. Took one week and four phone calls to get an initial appointment. No one called me back even after I had left two voicemails three days a department. Took one week and four phone calls to get an initial appointment. No one called me back even after I had left two voicemails three days apart. Once they had the car it took three days to get diagnostics results, even after calling and asking for updates. No follow up contact from service manager or parts manager though I was told multiple times I would hear from them. The customer service staff was kind and understanding but ineffective. Lots of miscommunication. I am done with this place. More
Superb service all around! I came in for three different parts recalls, and it turns out I needed an oil change, tire rotation, and cabin air filter replacement.
