1st service on new car I made an 8 am appointment a week ahead for an oil change and tire rotation. I dropped my car off at 8 am. I asked for my car to be ready by lunch I made an 8 am appointment a week ahead for an oil change and tire rotation. I dropped my car off at 8 am. I asked for my car to be ready by lunch time when I had a ride back to the shop. By 12:15 I had not received a phone call. When I called the service dept. no one answered the phone. It was well after 1:30 before I received a call my car was ready. I was not happy with this at all. I had to find another way to get to the shop. More

I use Secor to get OEM parts and service to keep my 2006 Outback running past it’s 164,000 miles it has today, they continue to provide very reasonably priced service and get the job done right! Service staff took the time to properly diagnose and resolve the problem and made sure it was fixed properly before they returned the vehicle to me. Had my alternator die, Secor provided loaner car for duration, everyone was amicable and friendly. I find the rates a little high so not all my car service is done there but the majority is.
