Undone service requested. They didn't do 3 of the things I asked.. auto breaking, reset time to DST and one other auto function, Happened twice. I had asked at last servicing and this one a month or so again,, I have paid for extra service protection, the car is only a year and 1/2 old , very few miles and still , of course, under warranty . Do they not care about customer requests because I am a senior.? They had no problem taking my $$ when I purchased the car. Never offered to set up my phone for me either . Disappointed. More

Purchased my new 2010 outback here. Dealership has been fine until 3 months ago when I was treated poorly and nastily told not to bring my business back for oil changes. At purchase, I was promised free alternate oil changes, and received them over ten years, and was now told I couldn't do that anymore by service manager. Very disappointed. Yet another outstanding service experience for my Forester .Subaru Denys minor recall notice. With the pandemic going on, they picked up the vehicle from my home, performed the service and delivered Forester .Subaru Denys minor recall notice. With the pandemic going on, they picked up the vehicle from my home, performed the service and delivered it back to me the same day. It was also fully inspected (including the spare tire!) with a detailed vehicle status report. It was washed and returned with paperwork and no contact. This is a dealer service center that checks all the boxes for quality, integrity and honesty. More
