I called with urgent issue of my car sound system not turning off even after car off and keys out. I was instantly reassured that I could come in that afternoon and they would look at it. I was update along the way as they worked to reboot the system( apparently one of the recalls I had yet to arrange to have looked at was the radio!). I was in and out in 90 mins and they have restored my faith in Secor! More
