I was in for a oil change 2015 Subaru with 1000 miles I was told to expect hour and a half to two hour wait because they had to wipe down the whole interior of the car than the mechanic would do the oil ch was told to expect hour and a half to two hour wait because they had to wipe down the whole interior of the car than the mechanic would do the oil change and then I had to wipe the whole interior down again for me so I sat with my son in your waiting room for two hours and nothing in my car was wiped down so just kind of curious about why nothing In my car was wiped down in my car ??? Curious .. Also I asked if they could drive us home and then pick us up when the car was done leave it for the day and they said no that wasn’t an option with Covid More

I brought my 2019 Outback for its 6000 mile service (oil & filter change, tire rotation, and complementary inspection). The fuel pump recall replacement was also done.
