It was easy to set up an appointment through their website. It was streamlined at the dealership. Drove my vehicle into the garage, they verified the appointment and what services I wanted done. I had a very difficult time getting a straight answer as to when my vehicle would be ready for more than 1 day. I also asked to be called prior to making repairs with any cost, and wasn’t. I don’t see why I should have to pay for a computer upgrade, especially if required for the vehicle’s transmission to act appropriately which is still covered u see warranty. I am still waiting for an answer as to whether or not a rip in my seat will be covered. And most disappointing g, the TPMS light which I brought the vehicle in to be checked - and paid for - still illuminate. I also wasn’t told when my car would be ready until near closing time and I work more than an hour away. I’d likely not have been told if I didn’t call for the fifth time since no one responded to my texts, emails, or messages. Very disappointed. More

Not cheap, but they fixed everything including a couple of things of which I was unaware. Kept me informed of progress. Nice check off list of things that may becoming up. Ie. This service cycle was not as successful as previous ones. I originally scheduled the 18,000 mile service plus replacing the fuel pump as part of the recall. When I scheduled the appointment, I was ones. I originally scheduled the 18,000 mile service plus replacing the fuel pump as part of the recall. When I scheduled the appointment, I was not told that the gas tank needed to be < 1/4 full. So, I had to reschedule. I returned and the only service performed was the fuel pump because the person making the appointment originally did not include the 18K service. In addition, when I got the car back, the fuel pump had not been primed. I returned for the 3rd time to get the 18K service done. All very inefficient from my perspective. This showed an issue with communication and attention to detail when creating and managing appointments, in my opinion. More
