I recently drove in 5 minutes before closing with a screw in my tire. “No problem”. Amazing service I believe the name of the person who helped me was Lauren. She took a look at the tire and after realizing it would need to be patcheset me up with a loaner and I was able to pick my car up first thing next morning. This is why I buy Subaru’s. Lauren is an awesome service advisor, she and her team was in constant contact with me when my car was in the shop. They also caught another Subaru dealership had put non Subaru breaks on my car.
