Overall good service. I was called back and told the card was ready. Drove over to pick it up and I asked if it was vacuumed. They said no but it could be done “if I wanted”. This time they finally got all the things right.. the only thing they neglected to do, which they have in the past, is to completely vacuum out the interior. Satisfied with all experiences with the Service Dept. The vehicle loaner program is a rarity and greatly appreciated. However, kudos to the Internet coordinator for calling me after I left an online service request. I didn’t expect a reply until the next day.
