I had a very difficult time getting a straight answer as to when my vehicle would be ready for more than 1 day. I also asked to be called prior to making repairs with any cost, and wasn’t. I don’t see why I should have to pay for a computer upgrade, especially if required for the vehicle’s transmission to act appropriately which is still covered u see warranty. I am still waiting for an answer as to whether or not a rip in my seat will be covered. And most disappointing g, the TPMS light which I brought the vehicle in to be checked - and paid for - still illuminate. I also wasn’t told when my car would be ready until near closing time and I work more than an hour away. I’d likely not have been told if I didn’t call for the fifth time since no one responded to my texts, emails, or messages. Very disappointed. More
