The purpose of my appointment was to have 4 new tires installed along with wheel alignments and balancing. I was told it would take 3 to 4 hours. There wasn't but the person who checked me in didn't tell anyone I was waiting. That didn't bother me too much. What did bother me was being told it was my mistake. More
