My recent ratings for service at Secor have gone down slightly. I still trust the quality of their service, but the feel has gotten much less personal. Staff are courteous and helpful, but when I recen slightly. I still trust the quality of their service, but the feel has gotten much less personal. Staff are courteous and helpful, but when I recently brought my car in for oil change and routine inspection, it took much longer than expected. In fact, I returned to the office after 90 min and the car was ready but no one had come to the waiting area to tell me. A little disappointing. More
