The price I was charged was higher than what I was quoted on phone. Rather than honor the quoted price, he chalked up the difference to an increase in oil prices and the fact that he hadn’t included tax in t on phone. When I got the car back the entertainment display was not working so I had to bring the car back the next day, wasting several hours of my day for a problem the service dept caused. More
