Good service I usually love my service at secor Subaru. Everything from the shuttle, to the car wash, to the easy drop off and pick up. I'd definitely give this a 5 star perfect rating if it weren't for the following to things. 1) the shuttle times always force me to work less than 8 hrs so I need to use a little bit of vacation time on service days. It would just be a bit more convenient if the shuttle can run from 7:30 to 5. 2) I love how they clean my car and vacuum the inside, but they usually neglect the back seats which make for a weird situation. My front becomes very clean but the back is dirty. It forces me to clean the back seat immediately which I realize I could/should do myself but for convenience if you're vacuuming the front it seems easy enough to vacuum the back. Overall great experience, I know these comments were nitpicking but I thought I'd share with you what i think would easily make the service a 5 star rating More
Satisfactory 60,000 mile is terribly expensive, but necessary....I guess. I asked what the $15 "shop supplies" charge was, and he said rags, etc. Really, $15? Otherwise, OK. More

Service has always been top notch and the service managers take the time to explain things to you AND if your a gearhead, even the techs will come out to discuss it ! My wife feels comfortable with them I do recommend calling for appointments two weeks ahead, so that you get the service time you need to fit your schedule. More
