It appeared shortly after purchasing the car, I believe its residue from being wrapped when shipped.... should have just made a special trip in, although I thought this was something that could be handled at time of service. I was extremely happy when I was scheduled ASAP on the Monday I called; I was a bit frustrated when shuttle service was offered, but the service provider was off that day (I would have brought my laptop if I knew I had to wait).
