Competent and easy to deal with. Prices on new vehicles neither the lowest nor the highest in the area. Service is extremely competent, but needs to be watched re overcharges more than most. As is the prerogative of Subaru service agencies, their regular maintenance schedule can exceed the Subaru basic; on my last visit they replaced the differential oil and added gas additive to my non-towing,2018 Outback, which was on no schedule, and without asking. I have been told they will credit me those costs against future service, but to date have seen nothing in writing More

The online appointment scheduler allowed me to book an appointment while the technicians were at lunch causing the wait to be longer. This was not the technicians fault. I would have appreciated the free appointment while the technicians were at lunch causing the wait to be longer. This was not the technicians fault.
