Satisfied with all experiences with the Service Dept. The vehicle loaner program is a rarity and greatly appreciated. Very through inspection of vehicle at each service appointment, sanitation, and even a co vehicle loaner program is a rarity and greatly appreciated. However, kudos to the Internet coordinator for calling me after I left an online service request. I didn’t expect a reply until the next day. He called me that same night ( after 9 p.m) to acknowledge my concern & and facilitate scheduling an appointment.i was pleasantly surprised. More

Appointment for tires was made a week prior. The car was dropped off at 730 am and loaner was given. Called at noon was told 4. We arrived at 430 and car was not looked at. We were told the tires did not ar dropped off at 730 am and loaner was given. Called at noon was told 4. We arrived at 430 and car was not looked at. We were told the tires did not arrive until noon! We should have been called to reschedule, were never told. We were offered the loaner but had to shift plans for the next day. Lack of communication and way too long for tires. Lauren was excellent when she returned and on the follow up with the shimmy. More
