2 hour wait for an oil change with an appointment. I will find somewhere else to get our 2 Subaru serviced. Always under staffed and tired of no transportation help to drop off or very long waits. More

Guess this reply does not answer a resolution. There is another subaru dealer not to far from me who offers express service without appointments and open later, so i will try them.
