I was at Secor on two consecutive Mondays. The service team is fantastic! On a Monday morning, I pull up and I’m greeted with a smile and a welcome from Anastasia. I was there for regular maintenance but I had noticed another issue. The following Monday my car’s issue was promptly resolved. Verbal Communication was good. Quick checkout process. Only issue was that Dealership did not read the self drop off key envelope regarding a separate issue I wanted taken care of. Brought that issue up when I was called to let me know my vehicle was ready for pickup and was told the small issue would be taken care of.
