She showed me a few more, and then we discussed some of the things I was looking I met Emily one day while I was strolling through the used car lot. Last Sat afternoon, she sent an email about a low mileage 2010 Outback. I went down, test drove the car and 30 mins later I filled out the paperwork to buy it! I picked the car up today, and could not be happier. Emily was perfectly delightful to work with in buying a car. She has excellent customer services skills, she is very knowledgable about Subaru cars, and the added bonus was having a female salesperson to work with which is just a nice thing. More
