This is my first negative review of this department Brought problem with tire pressure monitoring light to service department attention, They diagnosed the problem but did not fix it, but charged $64.2 Brought problem with tire pressure monitoring light to service department attention, They diagnosed the problem but did not fix it, but charged $64.21 (including tax) for the privilege of not fixing it. I live an hour away so bring the car back for another try (even at their expense) is a pain. Before this my experience with this dealership has been positive. More

Over filled oil at oil change I brought my Legacy in for an oil change. I noticed that my car was idling rough and was extremely sluggish on acceleration following the oil change. I brought my Legacy in for an oil change. I noticed that my car was idling rough and was extremely sluggish on acceleration following the oil change. I returned to the service department a few days later and was told that the oil was over filled at my oil change. Jay Fulton was helpful in getting things corrected however it was frustrating for such a simple service More
Mostly as expected Came in for 6month service for new Outback. Facilities were adequate l, but pretty spare compared to other dealerships. Despite having an appointment, Came in for 6month service for new Outback. Facilities were adequate l, but pretty spare compared to other dealerships. Despite having an appointment, it still took about two hours for an oil change, tire rotation, and NAV system firmware update. The ~$100 charge was about double what it would be @ Midas. (Firmware update is a free/warranty item. Issue with adjustment of cruise control acceleration left unresolved ( choice of choosing ‘economy’ setting, as shown on YouTube video, had disappeared) . Regardless, I will not hesitate to return to Secor for warranteed work. More
