Appointment When I arrived for my appointment at the dealership the woman who”greeted” me was not very friendly and never smiled. It appeared that she was having some difficulty with the computer while she tried to figure out the reason for my visit. I waited in the waiting area and when my car was ready she came out to review some things with me. She told me the cabin air filter was dirty and needed to be replaced. I declined and then she brought it up again and said the filter was “very” dirty. She also said I needed 4 new tires and they were so bad they could not be rotated. I declined that also. When she left after that encounter she still had not smiled and was not friendly. The other customer in the waiting area looked at me and said “wow she was really rude to you”. I have been coming to Secor for many years and this is the first time I have had a bad experience. Everyone else has been so friendly and helpful. I did not get the name of the woman who waited on me but I am sure that her name is on the invoice for the service. I did receive a voicemail from someone who identified herself as Ellen but as I said I did not get her name at the time of the appointment. After I left I went to a tire dealer as the tire price I had been given seemed high to get an estimate from them and they said I did not need tires. I have even returned for a minor problem since and the person went right to my car and addressed and solved the issue in two minutes and I was happily on my way. More

Always helpful Made sure I had a car to drive while mine was being serviced. Jay also explained and demonstrated on my car how to check the oil. I am dissatisfied with my last service visit Had a flat and needed new tires. They recommended Yokahoma because they will have less road noise. They were also more expensive. Worst tires ever.
