2018 6000 mile service - Dealer billing software needs work! I've been taking my Subaru Outbacks to Secor Subaru since 2000. Whole new front desk service personnel including Service Manager. Had to wait lon I've been taking my Subaru Outbacks to Secor Subaru since 2000. Whole new front desk service personnel including Service Manager. Had to wait longer than usual for my oil change/tire rotation to be completed. Not sure why as no explanation was given. Had an appointment from early in the week. It was also very disturbing that the final customer service paper work did not state that the tire rotation was performed. Mr. Fulton assured me that it was. The software needs to be modified to show ALL work performed on the customer service record. The fact that it was a "Subaru" service and the rotation should have been done is not enough proof that it was done. It has to be in print on the service sheet! Can not rate quality of work at this point as 6000 mile service doesn't qualify in my book as a proper test. More

"Kudos for Secor Subaru and Larry Becker" After having my last car die suddenly, the thought of having to quickly shop for a new vehicle was initially a daunting task. Walking into Secor Subar After having my last car die suddenly, the thought of having to quickly shop for a new vehicle was initially a daunting task. Walking into Secor Subaru, and meeting Larry Becker soon changed my husband's and my feelings. Larry with his warm, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional manner soon had us looking at potential vehicles. We found a used 2016 Subaru that we decided to purchase. Once the finance was taken care of, Larry spent quite a while with us, explaining all the features of the vehicle, and showing us how to use them. He assured us we could call upon him anytime with further questions if we had any. There were a few minor things to be fixed on the vehicle, and Larry made sure they were taken care of properly and promptly. Although we did not deal with him a lot, Michael Sharrio was very helpful in explaining to us how to donate our old car to charity. That was something we hadn't thought of, and we were very happy to learn about that option. This was the first time we've had dealings with Secor Subaru, but it won't be our last time. We will also tell our family and friends of our wonderful experience with your dealership and Larry. What we experienced was the ultimate in customer service! More
