I reviewed the invoice before leaving the service center and was promptly refunded when I pointed it out. (Glad I caught it). these are the first issues I have had since purchasing my car from they in 2010 and I have had ALL the service done there. Something has changed in the recent past and I hope they work out the issues. More
30,000 mile service maintenance I had a 9:00 appt for this service maintenance - Young woman took care of me promptly, got all the information, etc. Then instead of waiting in the sh I had a 9:00 appt for this service maintenance - Young woman took care of me promptly, got all the information, etc. Then instead of waiting in the showroom she gave me a loaner so I could get some of my errands done, since the appt was about 2 hours. Awesome, I had a few errands to run and I didn’t have to wait til the end of my appt. Her name was Dawn and she accommodated very well. However, I did need to replace a back windshield wiper and she passed that along to the mechanic but he did not change the wiper. So I insisted on a new wiper because I had looked at it myself and it was frayed. Now, the mechanic said he checked all the wipers and all were good. I heard him say that myself. But when the parts dept. person came out to replace the rear wiper he could see it was shot. But that wasn’t Dawn’s fault. Overall, good service. People are very friendly and very accommodating. More

Flat tire. Made an appointment to check tire and repair. Tire was inspected and could not be repaired as tire was punctured along the side wall. Our dealership We and our daughter have bought numerous Subarus from them and though we are an hour away we try to have them service our cars. They have done most of our oil changes and all of hour 'required' check-ups (25K etc). They recently replaced a failed battery under the warranty. In all, they seem to know their stuff. Dawn in scheduling is a nice person to deal with. Some of their front desk people could use some work on interpersonal skills, but most are quite nice. More
