Collision repair My Subaru Outback was badly damaged in a collision. I went to Subaru/Secor Collision Service as I felt they would have the best access to parts. They did a wonderful job – the car looks as good as new. There's obviously a very high level of workmanship involved. It was a pleasure dealing with the Collision manager, John Pasternak and his assistant Jennifer. They stayed right on top of things and kept me informed as to progress. More

It appeared shortly after purchasing the car, I believe its residue from being wrapped when shipped.... should have just made a special trip in, although I thought this was something that could be handled at time of service. Disappointed it was forgotten or never mentioned to detail employees as I would rather have the dealership remove this then attempting myself. More

I have expressed my concern when the oil light has illuminated (several times over the past 5 years) and this is the first time anyone at the service center actually explained this to me! I was extremely happy when I was scheduled ASAP on the Monday I called; I was a bit frustrated when shuttle service was offered, but the service provider was off that day (I would have brought my laptop if I knew I had to wait). Overall: good service! More
