Customer Service At It's Best My 2002 WRX Impreza that I purchased new from Secor Subaru 17 years ago needed repair. It was not fit to drive and the service department (Jay Fulton My 2002 WRX Impreza that I purchased new from Secor Subaru 17 years ago needed repair. It was not fit to drive and the service department (Jay Fulton) got me in quickly and arranged a loaner to use until my car parts came in and the problem was fixed. Jay could not have been more helpful and I have my baby back running great and she even had a bath! I have only used Secor's service department for all my service needs since purchasing and am usually 100 percent satisfied or very close to it. Thanks Subaru More

But Dan Mirles was fabulous in answering our questions about the vehicle. He found us the car we want, had it transferred, and came through on his promise to have our documentation and pick up done within an hour (I had a flight to catch).
