New Forester Purchase I bought a 2019 Forester, Paul Westermeyer was my Sales Consultant. I was very pleased in dealing with Paul W. He is knowledgeable on the Subaru product line and not at all pushy, He answered all my questions and spent considerable time with me, On several visits to the dealership with my wife, he engaged her and listened to her concerns. Something that many sales personnel do not do with female customers. I highly recommend Paul W to anyone looking for a Subaru. There was a slight scratch in the car that we noticed on delivery and Paul W was very attentive to getting it taken care of and making sure everything was perfect. I have one disappointment with the dealership, pertaining to one of the accessories after delivery. I bought the Limited trim. Before I made that decision I spent a lot of time looking at the different options in the brochure. The base Forester has a lot of technology in the car and the limited had a lot of other features that I like. The car I selected in stock also had a Package 31 included. When I got home and started to familiarize myself with the technology and many feature I was quite surprised to learn that no Forester includes a garage door opener. First car that I have owned since 2002 that didn't come with one. It turns out that the Subaru Homelink auto-dimming mirror (with garage door opener) is not an option but instead listed as a $365 accessory. Since my Package 31 included a $245 auto dimming mirror, I thought it would be reasonable for Secor to swap out my mirror with the Homelink mirror and I would be glad to pay the $120 difference. Nope. Apparently the Service Department doesn't want to be bothered with returning my mirror to stock. I didn't fully understand what I was buying so I can't blame the dealership. However, it seems that for a minor change out on a $30K+ purchase the dealer could have been a little more accommodating. That's the reason for my 4 star rating. A 5 star dealer in my opinion would have gone the extra distance after the sale. More

I expect the car to be out for at least a week, but they ordered the part, got it shipped, and fixed it a day later! The entire time my service advisor was super courteous, kept me in the loop, and really did everything she could to get me the best price. Would recommend- this experience was AMAZING!! More

Turns out my ABS breaking system had been working extra hard in the bad weather and my breaks were fine.
