From the first call to set up a test drive, Larry was very professional and courteous. Never once felt like he was trying to push a sale, but instead was very knowledgeable about the product and more in very professional and courteous. Easily explained each step of the process, discussed additional packages and options, but never once tried to force us into anything we weren’t interested in.
