I dropped my car off first thing in the morning and was the second car there. Upon dropping off the car I reconfirmed the time it would take and said I will pick the car up at 2. I arrived at 2:15 and car was not ready. In fact, no one knew where the car was. I got the car back at 3:15. This is not the first time this has happened to me. The next day I realized my parking pass for work which was on my dashboard was missing. More
