Still waiting for a call back more than a week later Dropped my car off last Tuesday and then had to drop it off again on Wednesday. Had my 2019 car in for its 12k appt and mentioned three concerns I was having with the vehicle. No follow up or paperwork ever emailed. Spoke to the service manager Wednesday afternoon. He said he would call me back by the end of the day. It has been a week with no call from anyone (and still having those three issues with my vehicle). All future service will be done at a different Subaru dealership. More
