I WAS NOT GIVEN A SPARE CAR KEY WHEN I PURCHASED MY CAR. I HAD TO RETURN TO ALAN JAY TOYOTA MANY TIMES BEFORE I COULD ACTUALLY GET A SPARE KEY.
