I purchased my vehicle (2010 Armada Nissan) on July 9, 2010 and picked it up on July 16, 2010. The buying/purchasing experience was very pleasurable. The sales person (James Jackson) was extraordinar 2010 and picked it up on July 16, 2010. The buying/purchasing experience was very pleasurable. The sales person (James Jackson) was extraordinary. He was very knowlegeable, helpful and personable. When he presented my car to me on July 16, 2010, it was more than I ever imagined. In my book, James is a valued employee. Ed Haberek did a very good job comparing and explanation my warranty options. Alan Jay dealership is a place where I will shop again and will refer others. This is due to dedicated and valued employees like James Jackson and ofcourse, fair prices. More
