But when I needed to buy a new van, the sales staff was pleasant, professional, and gave me a deal that from my on-line research seemed fair. The follow service was always quick, professional, and reasonably priced. When it came time to trade that Sienna in, I didn't hesitate to go back and I got another Sienna with a minimum of fuss. Again, the service continues to be excellent. I love my Sienna and I'm quite impressed with Alan Jay Toyota. More

First I have to say that I told both sales people I had contacted that I didn't want a new car. What was the first thing they tried to sell me? Yep, a new car. One guy even made me drive a new car to the site where the used car I had been asking about was "so I could compare." Of course it was nicer but it wasn't in my price range. In fact, nothing that guy showed me was in my budget and I was totally upset to discover he ran my credit without any agreement from me for a deal of any kind. That SHOULD have been a big red flag not to go to the other dealer but I thought "maybe" it was just that one sales person. Nope! It's how they do business; high pressure, lots of sitting while they "see the boss" and in the last dealership I went to I had to go see the boss myself to explain we were not going to do business that day. I'd gotten a great offer the night before and only came in because I'd made the appointment and I am a honest person. I gave them an opportunity but nothing worked and a lot of the reason nothing was going to work with them is because of how they present the deal; no cost of the car, no fees revealed, just "Here's your monthly payment." Not even how many months it's for! Does that actually work?! So save yourself a LOT of time and don't bother. Take a drive out of town and you'll get better treatment if not a better deal.....if you can figure out what their deal even is. Imagine, a grown woman having to go explain to a sales person's angry boss that it's not her fault I didn't buy from them. More

I was impressed yesterday and today with the young ladies who checked me in yesterday and again this morning. I was not thrilled with my wait time either day- but the shuttle took me where I requested to go and offered to pick me up. Great service in that respect, just waited a while over 2 hours both times. Overalls experience with Service Manager who desires to give e great service was positive. I was impressed with his desire to fix issues I hadn't recognized. Thank you. More
Dealership failed to do simple service recently took a family car into have an oil change and they found that the cabin air filter was dirty. Once the cabin air filter replacement was appro recently took a family car into have an oil change and they found that the cabin air filter was dirty. Once the cabin air filter replacement was approved the dealership managed to put in the flimsiest filter I have ever seen incorrectly bending it so that the blower fan is now making a loud noise. The car was taken back to the dealership and they refused to fix what they did incorrectly a day after the "service". The service department is too poor to do a simple filter change. I would expect better from Toyota and will be contacting some people at Toyota headquarters. More
Best customer service from any dealer Alan Jay Toyota has it perfect when it comes to treating customers fair and honest. I live two and half hours away from Sebring and the reason I chose Alan Jay Toyota has it perfect when it comes to treating customers fair and honest. I live two and half hours away from Sebring and the reason I chose them was because they had a very good price on the Toyota Camry I wanted. I called them and because I lived very far from dealer I wanted information about the car over the phone and also had a trade in. To start Curtis was amazing at taking the time and explaining the car and they gave me somewhat a estimate of my trade in which ended up getting better when I got to the dealer at the price I wanted for trade and new Toyota. Their was a problem when I got to the dealership and they didn't have the car. GM dawn personally called apologized and worked with me for the inconvenience because I drove back home with no new Toyota. They upgraded me to better car. I never would of thought to get a call back with an apology I appreciated that a lot especially from a general manager. Best dealership ever will be sending my family and friends and will buy my next Toyota again from them. Thank you Denise, Dawn, and Curtis. Worth the two and half hour trip. More
I recently went to another dealership that I had bought two previous vehicles from and had good experiences with. I wanted a new 2014 Tacoma SR5 and was trading one in that had a KBB value of around $20,00 two previous vehicles from and had good experiences with. I wanted a new 2014 Tacoma SR5 and was trading one in that had a KBB value of around $20,000. The dealership only wanted to give me $18,000 and told me that a new SR5 was not in my budget. They eventually convinced me to buy a regular Tacoma with the promise that it would include a bedliner, backup camera, and swapping of my current tires onto the new truck. The dealership did not live up to their promises and I began looking to other dealers to remedy the situation. Alan Jay sales staff immediately called me back and instead of automatically trying to sell me a new vehicle they researched if the vehicle sold by the other dealership could be modified to fit my needs. Unfortunately, the model was not upgradeable, but Steve began searching for the SR5 I wanted originally and found one that was an exact match in Georgia. The truck was shipped within a few days and terms were worked out that put me in my original price range even with the upside down credit from the first truck. I truly had an excellent experience at Alan Jay and would recommend them to others. More
This is by far the worse service department there ever was. My car was brand new and they successfully screwed it up. They are not thorough and don't do their jobs. They lie to bill you more and do crappy was. My car was brand new and they successfully screwed it up. They are not thorough and don't do their jobs. They lie to bill you more and do crappy work. They have successfully left wax on my car and messed the clear coat up.... Do you think they'll pay for it. Don't give your money to any Alan j dealership... The main man won't even return your phone call. Go elsewhere, somewhere that has ethics and that gives a crap about their customers cause its obviously not them. Don't waste your time with them, from experience they will screw you over with their shady business practices. No stars on this, had to choose a star to rate. None from me. More
We have leased our last 4 vehicles from Alan Jay and dealt with Chris Hutchins & Danny Taub. We have also taken my father & his wife there to lease their Toyota. We always find the best service and de dealt with Chris Hutchins & Danny Taub. We have also taken my father & his wife there to lease their Toyota. We always find the best service and deals at this dealership. We feel that we are always treated more than fair. We recently went to their meeting for owners that was explaining their service and other aspects of Alan Jay's dealerships. He has several in this area. They served a delightful meal and gave away lots of prizes. Many of the new cars were there for viewing and service items as well. As long as we live in this area, Alan Jay will always be the place we look for cars. It was very surprising to us when we first moved to the area since they have almost all of the dealerships in this area. The service is always wonderful and prompt. Thank you, Alan Jay for all you do for our community. They are very active in many charities and even give a car to a deserving graduating senior of the area high schools. Hooray for you!!! More

A very diligen with at Alan Jay, have been cordial and professional. This dealer netork enjoys multiple product lines and suffers in cross selling. A very diligent sales person recntly helped me in the purchase of a used car, after showing me new GMC products. He was not permitted to offer the same terms as a sales person from a competing new dealership because the used car in question did not originate from his inventory. He performed with the customer in mind and was penalized. In addition, the internet sales team continued to attempt to assist me with a purchase for 60 days after I had acquired a vehicle, so communications between the "bricks and the clicks" requires some attention.
