Heat shield on my Jeep Renegade fell off while driving. Brought my car in on a Thursday for them to fully remove/replace. I was flexible and allowed them to keep my car overnight to fix by Friday afternoon. I get a call Friday that they've ordered the wrong part and I'll have to wait until Monday to get the right replacement. Luckily, they removed the heat shield and allowed me to have my car back for the weekend due to personal obligations that required travel, but they asked for up-front payment, which I agreed to solely because they ensured me the right part would be ordered this time. I brought my Jeep back first thing Monday morning and sat around for 2 hours, just for them to tell me they, once again, ordered the wrong part. Luckily they put me in a rental car so that I could go home and work until they completed the project. Project was estimated to be done by noon... didn't hear anything and reached out around 2pm. Conveniently, right when I reached out, the part came in. Overall, not thrilled about my experience. I understand mistakes happen but to have this issue happen twice was really frustrating. I bring my car to the dealership for better/faster service, especially considering they charge at least double the price of a smaller shop. More

They have poor quality control and don't stick with pick up dates. I got my vehicle a day late, and then had to come back another day later after I discovered there was work I paid for that they had not do up dates. I was treated with respect and professionalism. The service was completed well ahead of schedule. I found the entire experience to be pleasant, efficient and very satisfactory. The one issue I have is that a safety recall on my vehicle that existed before I bought the vehicle (two months ago) was not addressed before the purchase. I understand that used vehicles are sold as is, but inasmuch as this was a safety recall, I would think that prudence and full disclosure on the part of your dealership would have dictated that you address the safety recall prior to selling the vehicle. That being said, my experience with Noah and the service exceeded my expectations. More
