First time was for an oil change. This most recent time was for a recall repair. The service staff are friendly and kind, but their parts(?) or purchasing(?) department is is hobbling them. They didn't screw anything up other than I had to waste my time dropping off a vehicle that didn't get worked on. Communication is also challenging--direct dialing sends me to a voicemail box more than half the time. Why aren't they making more use of SMS/texting for automating status updates? More
