James is the consumate professional; he knows the dealership inventory and the unique aspects of all of them. His customer relationship skills are superb. During the night someone tried to steal my car, the dealer has no security, and my $100 visit ended up much more expensive because they did not have the damaged part glass, they did not offer me a car dealer has no security, and my $100 visit ended up much more expensive because they did not have the damaged part glass, they did not offer me a car to drive and in the end they mentioned that I needed new brakes , which I change at home, and I knew that the pads were still in good condition. A month later I still find small pieces of broken glass related to the thief damaged.They didn't clean my car properly. Really bad experience. The person who assisted me was nice during the process, after done with car I texted him and he was really unprofessional. More
