Couldn’t get a hold of service after 4 calls. Recommended services were not provided n line with owner’s manual recommendations. I am fine with recommendations not being in line with service intervals if I can get a hold of a service advisor to help me understand the needs. All I got was a web page with instructions to yes/no each line item. If you are asking me to spend $1000 to change 6 spark plugs 30k miles before the recommended service interval in the owners manual then I need a reason from someone to do it. More
Generally a good dealership, but I have only dealt with service department. The 3 star rating is because they are extremely tough to get a hold of on the phone. I had my oil changed and afterwards, I kep service department. The 3 star rating is because they are extremely tough to get a hold of on the phone. I had my oil changed and afterwards, I kept getting a message on my dash "oil change required". I called three times to ask about resetting this, left two messages, and, as of this writing, I am on hold with an AI lady repeatedly saying, "Thank you for your patience". The very next day, I got a message from Jeep telling me that my car needed servicing. This is not a good way to conduct a service based business. More
