Brought my second Chrysler Van in for service. Had a radio to phone connection issue. Got car back. $170 to diagnose issue with out fixing it. Then I was told you can pay us $750 to put in a new one. Aftermarket is less than a quarter and better graphics. I told manager I was not happy with cost for nothing being done to resolve issue. Game me a song and dance about it still too time to look it over. For that amount they scammed me and lost out on my business and everyone I can persuade away. More

Over all a great experience. I had to be a little forceful at the sales rep that I didn’t want particular items, but at the same time it’s not like he tried to hide them from me, and I ended up getti forceful at the sales rep that I didn’t want particular items, but at the same time it’s not like he tried to hide them from me, and I ended up getting the extra warranty and service package after they worked with me on a payment I was happy with. I bought a RAM 1500 Rebel from this place. I just want to say I had a horrible experience purchasing the truck. They knew i wanted it but as soon as I said I would take it, they did all they could to get me say I had a horrible experience purchasing the truck. They knew i wanted it but as soon as I said I would take it, they did all they could to get me to sign papers fast and leave the door. I am an Oregon resident and went to Seattle to check out their lot. They told me about all these taxes I don't have to pay, that they wont charge me for license and registration cause they can't do that for across state lines. Fair. I found out later I was charged for it and paid sales tax. Now i've been trying to reach them for the past 3 weeks to get my license and registration figured out since I need their participation with the bank to talk to the Oregon DMV. I haven't been able to talk with anyone and was left to figure it out myself with the bank. Needless to say, they were no help after the purchase, they rushed me and had hidden fees that they didn't explain. I asked for every line item, they rushed through paperwork all to get me out the door with "their" price. I'm not sure I'd go back nor would I recommend this to family and friends who are also looking to purchase new vehicles. Overall unhappy experience and still going through the pain of trying to get stuff figured out. More
