The transaction was excellent! No pressure, no typical car sales xx. Everyone was straightforward and transparent. Their pricing is much more favorable than competitors. The reason I cannot give 5 stars is that I had to return to have the permaplate coating applied and have a small scratch buffed out (it was very late when we made our purchase). It's just under a one hour drive each way and we were told it would be 2-3 hours for that work to be done. That was incorrect - it was a minimum 4 hour process. I was clear when I made the appointment and when I arrived that I had another appointment that day and what time I needed to leave. After 3.5 hours and no one had updated me, I asked what was going on and the service department was shocked that I had been told it would take 2-3 hours as that is incorrect. When I was finally given my key back after 4 hours, the scratch had not been buffed out so now I will have to return again. More
