The service price is inadequate, 250$ for the initial problem investigation. Probably i would be ok with that, if it would all what i have to pay for the service except parts. I dont think I will ever come to you again. More

It seemed like I got a lot of help buying the car fast but pretty much got ignored once I bought. There was confusion with the permacoat. I was told over the phone to come by any time. I emailed sales that I was coming a couple days before also. No response. Brought my car in on the day I said I would. No one knew what I was talking about, neither did they have a loaner for me. I was on a tight schedule that morning. Ended up dropping my child off at school and canceling work meetings to come back after they sorted things are. I’m struggling with my cars UConnect. I emailed 2x. Still have not gotten a response. The after care speaks a lot about a person and dealership. I’m not impressed with Seattle Jeep on that front. More
