Be very weary of doing business with this dealership. They made a grave error in data entry with my Social Security number. The GM then tried to place blame one me for my writing. It was clearly written as they were able to pull my credit at the time of sale. This error then created a snowball effect of multiple credit inquiries that lowered my FICO score. They have yet to comply with the law and remove the inquiries. I have asked to talk to the owner, I am constantly told he is not available. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Be careful if you decide to use this dealership. More

Great staff and great salespeople. I really enjoyed Kassim and Rachael who were very attentive. The building has deferred maintenance and is not well kept. I give it 2 stars to be fair. I came in for an oil change which should have been the usual $120.00 & instead I got bombarded with additional "services" I was strongly urged I need I came in for an oil change which should have been the usual $120.00 & instead I got bombarded with additional "services" I was strongly urged I needed by Mr. Trevine "Keith" Fernando or Keith as he liked to be called. In a total of trying to get me to spend a grand total of over 2600 dollars! And had I said "yes" they wanted the car overnight. I take great care of my car. I always keep the tank on full or never under a half a tank. I keep up on the maintenance & oil changes as needed. So either the previous employees that I've been seeing have grossly neglected to tell me I (needed) these various services or I was seriously taken for a ride this time around in going back with the new staff. Either way, I'm NOT happy about the unexpected expenses or the lack of communication. Sad to say the Yelp reviews aren't that great about this location either in which I was sure to leave one there as well. Hyundai Of Seattle needs to do better, this is NOT a good look. More
