Have always received great service from Seattle Hyundai. This visit was for an oil change and general service check. My salesman, Kacy, was so personable that I just wanted to buy the Lexus because he was so nice. I felt like we became friends during the afternoon. The first thing on my lise was comfort, so the Lexus ce to buy the Lexus because he was so nice. I felt like we became friends during the afternoon. The first thing on my lise was comfort, so the Lexus certainly delivered. Kacy went the extra mile by having my other car detailed while I did paperwork. He also took care of the open recall notice on Friday, and I came to get the car on Saturday. That was important to me and my grandson, who got the CRVh. I am going to send the team that detailed my CRVh a tip, they did such a nice job. I was so happy that I had put off detailing it myself because I wouldn't have done half as good a job. More
