I leased a car. Staff was pleasant to work with, but process was very slow & disorganized. Even though I had previously negotiated a deal over email and pre-provided Staff was pleasant to work with, but process was very slow & disorganized. Even though I had previously negotiated a deal over email and pre-provided my license, insurance and filled out credit app online, they didn't seem to know this. First printout they showed me was wrong color car. Then after an hour+ wait I left & came back over an hour later only to wait again. When I took car home next day I realized it had not been properly cleaned. 2 days later I got an email asking if I wanted to buy the car I already bought. More

I did some research with Toyota, Lexus and Hyundai and I chose Hyundai because of the positive reviews. But when I walked in the dealership my intention was to check on EV suv and inquire more info but not chose Hyundai because of the positive reviews.
