Hi Lisa, We discussed this issue at length and did everything possible to accommodate you. Our finance manager mistakenly entered the wrong number when submitting for approval, and we acknowledge that mistake. The bank only needed a copy of your social security document to verify the vehicle purchase, but we never received that document, which prevented us from funding the deal. Please understand that we strive to avoid clerical errors and hope for your understanding as we work together to resolve the credit inquiry issue.
