I might be misunderstanding the complimentary service warranty and they are in the right but it feels wrong when all other new hyundai owners I know haven't paid for an oil change and my dealership of purchase said it should have been free. At first the reason was because they could not find my name and vehicle's warranty. Then when I called a week later it was because my car hadn't been driven 8,000 miles yet. I don't know how you could ask me to wait 4,000 more miles for an oil change when my vehicle says it needed it now. Also, it does take a million years to reach their service department. The shortest wait time for a phone call was around 16 minutes and the longest was 25 minutes. More
