You need to work on your after hours pickup of vehicles. Not everyone can make it there by 5 when they share a vehicle while one is in for service. Something new was broken every time I picked up my car, new sounds, new issues before even driving off the lot. Loaner fleet not adequate and passed that inconvenience on to the customer.
