It is disheartening to see how much this establishment has deteriorated over the past few years. Once known for treating customers with value and respect, it has now become apparent that we are just another faceless number to them. The disorganization and exorbitant prices have left me with a sour taste in my mouth. To start with, getting an appointment was a frustrating ordeal. I had to wait over a week just to secure a spot. Unfortunately, the long wait didn't end there. It took a staggering six weeks for a part to arrive, which I understand is not entirely their fault. However, during this time, they also managed to mishandle a simple tire replacement. When I dropped off my car, it was in pristine condition. However, upon receiving it back, I was shocked to find that my rims were filthy, as if no effort had been made to clean them. The tires themselves were hastily installed, giving the impression that a careless child had put them on. To add insult to injury, my vehicle was covered in pollen and looked terrible. Considering the price I paid for the vehicle, I expected more care and attention to detail in preserving its appearance. Overall, I am deeply disappointed with the decline in service quality at this service center. The lack of organization, excessively long wait times, and subpar attention to detail make it difficult for me to recommend this establishment to others. It is my hope that they take customer feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to regain their previous level of excellence. More
