I am the owner of a 2023 GMC Sierra Denali and have had continuous problems with the truck radio cutting out during listening. When listening to radio or CarPlay the audio will cut off intermittently. I continuous problems with the truck radio cutting out during listening. I've been to Scranton GMC 4 times for the problem and each time the service department updates the computer software as directed by GMC. Clearly this does not fix the problem! I have no issues with Scranton service department, they have been very helpful explaining the work performed and that they must follow GMC guidelines for all warranty work. However; my time is valuable and spending time traveling to the dealership, waiting for software updates to be performed as directed by GMC, only to have the problem NOT resolved - is extremely disappointing and unexceptable!
