I have had mixed results with sales and service with Scranton, but this time they did an excellent job. Was very happy with how quickly they got me in/out and the quality of the work. My experience with Scranton began with a 1994Pontiac Grand Prix in 1994. GM killed the brand. I've been with Buick since @ Scranton (4) cars. The operation of the service department is what keeps me @ S Grand Prix in 1994. GM killed the brand. I've been with Buick since @ Scranton (4) cars. The operation of the service department is what keeps me @ Scranton. Rumor has it Buick is going to come to an end @Scranton. ( new cars) When this happens it will be the end of my relationship with Scranton. More

I just brought my truck in for its 65K service. All of the stuff should have been done before I bought it in June, and only put on approximately 5K miles.
