I recently experienced a severe vibration issue with my ATS and decided to take it to this dealership, thinking it would be the safest option. After explaining the problem, they performed some troubleshoot ATS and decided to take it to this dealership, thinking it would be the safest option. After explaining the problem, they performed some troubleshooting and told me that the issue was due to my tires. Following their recommendation, I replaced all four tires. However, after picking up the car and driving it on the highway for about 30 minutes, the loud vibration persisted. When I got home, I noticed a burning smell coming from the rear tires. I brought the car back to the dealership the next day and drove with a technician to help reproduce the issue. They then identified a loose front caliper as the cause. I drove the car for a few more days, usually for no more than 15 minutes at a time, but the vibration continued. Frustrated, I let the car sit for a couple of weeks before deciding to check the rear brakes myself. I discovered that the real problem was a stuck caliper pin, and the brake pads were completely worn out. I'm baffled as to how this dealership could miss such a critical issue, especially after inspecting the car twice. Their negligence put my safety at serious risk. I called the dealership to give them a chance to help rectify the issue. The representative I spoke to was reportedly on another call, so I left a message with a different rep who assured me that Frank would get back to me as soon as he was available. However, I never received a call back. The entire process is frustrating and exhausting. More

The team at Scranton Cadillac is usually on top of their game with excellent care and service. This was my go to dealer for all my service needs but a recent experience left me very disappointed. Unfortunat game with excellent care and service. This was my go to dealer for all my service needs but a recent experience left me very disappointed. Unfortunately, work was supposed to be done on my vehicle but after more than 7 hours of waiting I came to find out that more work was needed and they were planning to keep my car for more diagnostics. There were multiple attempts to get updates throughout the day, but finally received a summary of what was going on with my vehicle 7 hours later, which is when I was also notified that they wanted to keep the vehicle there overnight. They had no courtesy vehicles and there was little to no heads up. In total, a brake job and oil change took 7 hours. More importantly at a previous visit for an oil change, I was told the service department would be putting in dye in the engine as there was a leak, but was told at the most recent visit they couldn’t find where the leak was and needed to put more dye in for the next visit. This seems to be a critical error. This was my trusted dealership, but this recent experience left me disappointed at the lack of care for my vehicle and my time. I do want to acknowledge, I believe her name is Beverly, was extremely friendly and acknowledged the time spent waiting at the dealership. The same service manager helped me out last time and did a good job in the past, but he seemed to be overwhelmed and off his game this time around. It could have been an off day for him. More
