My car overheated, so it was towed to scranton gmc as a surprise for the service department the following morning. I had looked under the hood and knew the issue was the coolant reservoir had been damaged surprise for the service department the following morning. I had looked under the hood and knew the issue was the coolant reservoir had been damaged by a rodent. The next morning, the service department called me as soon as they opened, and I told them my sad story. They said they would try and fit my car in and work some magic. 5 hours later they had gotten the replacement reservoir from another service department and gotten my car fully functional. I am so thankful that they were able to work the magic to get me back on the road! More

Disappointing, Car was in for a 2nd sunroof leak. Car was returned to me with interior still wet, and they never put spare tire compartment contents back where they belonged. Huge expense for me.
