My 2016 Cadillac has been in the shop NONSTOP within the last year or so with relatively low mileage (Cue not working, transmission wiring harness had to be replaced, oil cooler lines leaking, gps not worki last year or so with relatively low mileage (Cue not working, transmission wiring harness had to be replaced, oil cooler lines leaking, gps not working, ghost braking when in reverse, heated seat issue, updates, sensor replacements, air conditioning not working, thermostat not working, running boards malfunctioning, vibrating noise when hvac fan is on, CUE stays on all night, wireless charger not working, latch on console broke, ETC )! I just received it back less than 2 weeks ago for an issue with the CUE staying on all night. Scranton did an update on it and now my CUE is malfunctioning again…constant beeping noise every so many seconds with a vibration to the console and no functions work..ie. Heat controls, Radio, GPS, etc. Scranton won’t put me on the schedule with a rental until December 27th. Spoke to Rob and he handled this very poorly. He was completely condescending. He lacks manners and etiquette. He took no accountability for any of the past service issues that I had and dealing with incompetent service workers. He NEEDS TRAINING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. Stay away from Scranton! More

All my inquiries were answered and the car was professionally serviced as promised. Everyone was professional and on point. For the first time when the car was returned to me, the driver’s se professionally serviced as promised. Everyone was professional and on point. For the first time when the car was returned to me, the driver’s seat and mat were protected and despite upcoming rainy weather, the car was cleaned and washed, which was promised to be done during every service visit. I noticed a pleasant difference in cleanliness of the front windshield and windows. I think that this is the best service my car received since I bought it.
